In our manufacturing facility, we have the resources and equipment to perform a variety of manufacturing processes such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Grinding, Part Marking and Painting.

CNC Milling

We have a range of Haas and Doosan CNC Machining Centres in different sizes with multi-axis machining capabilities.

CNC Turning

We have a range of Doosan CNC Lathes and Turning Centers in different sizes with Mill/Turn capabilities.

Grinding

We have a range grinding machines in our grinding facility including surface grinders, tub grinders and a Lumsden grinder.

Carbon Component Manufacturing

Wyken Engineering delivers precision carbon components such as carbon brake discs using advanced ultrasonic drilling and specialist composite technology.

Painting

We have installed a brand new spray paint booth in our painting facility, which has enabled us to offer a painting service in addition to our comprehensive machining services.
